Application Support Analyst is required for a leading specialty insurer based in the city of London. The company is a highly established speciality insurer with a collaborative culture that is undergoing a huge digital transformation amongst their tech teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Application Support Analyst, you will join and become an integral part of the newly established 2nd line Support team and work with the 3rd line support team to resolve issues. You will be working on insurance specific bespoke applications, and you will contribute to the seamless operation and enhancement of the business applications. You would have used ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. You will have a good understanding of core service management concepts. You will be experienced in supporting cloud-based applications in Azure cloud. You will have excellent communication and people skills to work closely with internal stakeholders as well as third party vendors within the insurance industry.

Skills Outline:

• Familiarity with ITSM Tools.
• ServiceNow
• Azure Cloud experience.
• Experience with insurance-based applications and policy administration systems
• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
