Application Support Analyst

£50,000 – £55,000

2-3 days a week (London)

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist to provide first and second-line support for core business applications. You’ll be the go-to person for internal queries, resolving issues related to eCommerce, CRM, SAP S4/HANA, PoS, and more.

• Application support experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficiency in systems such as Adobe Commerce, SAP S4HANA, and Web applications.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
