KEY SKILLS:

• Solid experience of Airtable
• Understanding of business workflows
• Ability to multi-task across several projects simultaneously

THE ROLE:
The Implementation Consultant will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the key client business goals and workflow objectives have been documented. You will help configure Airtable to support each client’s requirements and help to create documentation to support solution development and train customers on their new workflows.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have experience working with Airtable and have a technical understanding of the platform including the fundamental database design principles. You will have a keen understanding of business workflows and are comfortable using process mapping tools, strong communication skills and comfortable working with senior non-technical stakeholders.
