Leading financial services client is actively recruiting for an experienced AIML NLP Machine Learning Engineer to define the building blocks and architecture of the GCP based AIML platform for a large financial institution. The successful applicant must have played a l eadership role in influencing or building AIML platform for a FSI client.

This will involve:

• Work on prioritisation and clustering of 100 use-cases.
• Create road-map and plan for implementation of the AIML Platform using prioritised use-cases.
• Work with the Model Risk Management teams to automate model governance and compliance.

Essential skills for the position of AIML NLP Machine Learning Director

• Candidate must have experience of building AIML platform (Cloud or Hybrid) for FSI client as Lead Engineer or Architect.
• They have worked with C-Pack and lead a team/s of Data Scientists delivering multiple use cases concurrently

1. Strong theoretical and applied knowledge of Machine Learning techniques especially in the NLP and unstructured data.

2. Experience implementing and supporting Machine Learning platform including automating data validation, model training, model validation and model monitoring.

3. Awareness of latest industry technical developments, emerging trends, new technologies, best practice for Natural Language including generative models.

4. At least 5 years of experience in Investment/Retail/Commercial Banking.

5. At least 5 years of experience in AIML.

6. At least 2 years of experience of implementing ML use-cases using Google Stack.

7. Good experience in managing C-Pack on AIML Platform business case and roadmap.
