About DevSecOps
The Agile Delivery Lead is key to evolving our ways of working and should be an experienced practitioner in agile techniques. We want to drive continuous improvement across our teams, our community, and our business. There will be opportunities to do this at all levels as we continue to evolve our business . We value your experience and your opinions. So, to help us to evolve you will need to form new and develop existing ideas from within the business as well as your own network from outside of the business.
This role is in the Platform and Operations centre of excellence working with the DevSecOps team. The DevSecOps team work very closely with Technology, Information Security and the wider business to ensure that we strive for security best practice, provide tooling and guidance ensuring that we see security as a tool to improve the overall quality of a service or product.

As an Agile Delivery lead you will be passionate about delivering high quality end to end outcomes with a focus on value for our customers. You will utilise your experience as a seasoned Delivery person to implement methods best suited to the complex business opportunities at all levels. You will have an approach of small incremental improvements over big bang.
As security is a shared responsibility between the different teams across Tech, a certain level of technical security knowledge is needed to keep everyone honest and talking the same language. The DevSecOps team is more than happy to bring you up to speed on Dunelm-specific security knowledge.
From time to time, we work with 3rd parties. You will need to build up a lasting mutual relationship. You will be able to challenge and develop ways of working to ensure that Dunelm and the 3rd parties are operating in a harmonious partnership.
The Role
About You
This role can be based out of our London or Syston offices. It will be predominately remote with once/twice a month office visits.
