We are seeking an AR Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Technology & Telecoms industry, situated in London. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent financial skills and has a passion for advancing their career in the accounting field.

Description

• Oversee the entire AR process from invoice creation to payment collection
• Acting as a gatekeeper for all B2C and B2B orders
• Liaising between Sales teams for any new and existing queries
• Posting daily and monthly contract invoicing and ensuring these are all accurately kept
• Assisting with month end, including revenue reporting
• Involvement in contract change requests, terminations, and renewals
• Responding to queries in line with the SLA and working across multiple inboxes
• Managing the Direct Debit collection process and rectifying any payment failures
• Chasing B2C and B2B debts via telephone and email
• Raising credit notes following compensation approvals
• Processing daily bank reconciliations with high levels of attention-to-detail

Profile

A successful AR Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in a transactional finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
