RobertHalf Technology are assisting UK’s leading private healthcareorganisation to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer on acontract basis based in their London office. This role will bepaying between £150-£200 per day. Hybrid working

Role

• the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible forthe proactive monitoring, maintenance and support/escalation of theincoming IT support requests either by email, phone or internalticketing system.
• To work with site-based ITcontacts, including training and advising where necessary to ensureVictoria based staff are fully informed and consistent.
• To develop support documentation where required toimprove the user experience.
• To develop theirskillset in-house with a clear progression expectation to higherlevels of expertise.
• Provide on occasion outof hours support as required.
• To assist theGroup Technology and wider Information
• Anyother ad-hoc work requests as determined by the Group ITManager.

Profile

• The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will have a proventrack record of supporting complex disparate networks.
• Supporting all levels of the business users includingVIPs, managing expectations and seeing a problemthrough.
• Proven ability to instigate, manageand deliver often challenging projects, both technically and from amanagement perspective
